Art Tube
Thanks to our innovative programming software, we can import our customers’ CAD drawings directly, transforming their ideas into real products, joining pipes even in different shapes and sizes, thus facilitating the subsequent assembly and welding work. Finally, the Nesting phase makes production more compact and easy to plan in order to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
LT722
The Adige sys LT722 plant allows to work pipes and open profiles up to 6,500 mm of length, with a diameter ranging from a minimum of 10 mm to a maximum of 120 mm. Exactly like Jumbo, LT7
uses 3D cutting and works on 38 axes.
LT14 JUMBO
The Adige sys LT14 plant allows to work pipes and open profiles up to 12,000 mm of length, with a diameter ranging from a minimum of 30 mm to a maximum of 355 mm and to a maximum of 20 mm of thickness. The 38 axes on which it works make the machine able to perform countless operations. Furthermore, the automatic loading and unloading system makes the bars and finished products handling easier.
LT8
The Adige sys LT8 palnt allows use to work pipes and profile up to 8500 mm length, with a diameter ranging from a minimum of 12 mm to a maximum of 240 mm and to a maximum of 20 mm o thickness. The Fiber laser source allows the LT8 to cut material such as alluminium and bronze. The 3D cutting system could easily produce chamfer. Furthermore thanks to all the new sistems like the Active Scan, Active Tilt and Active Making, the machine is able to automatically adapt the source to all kind of material and shape.
